Job Description

The position is located in New Bremen, OH, and involves assisting the Instructional Design Team with training content management and the development of various training materials including modules, videos, graphics, and photos. This role reports to the Instructional Design Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Instructional Design Manager to determine current and obsolete training content to update materials accordingly.
• Update the Content Directory and archive current training content.
• Assist with and shoot videos and photos.
• Edit said videos and photos.
• Assist with the translation process (foreign language knowledge is not necessary).
• Assist with the globalization efforts of training modules.
• Provide general assistance and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Training, Design, Organizational Leadership, Education, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Prior experience in Visual Design. Experience with Camtasia, Articulate, Photoshop, etc. or similar solutions preferred.
• Must have own means of reliable transportation.
