Social Media Trainer for Real Estate Agents (Canva, Reels, Facebook & Instagram)Urgent

We are Realty ONE Group Elevate, a fast-growing real estate brokerage in Jacksonville, Florida focused on empowering Realtors with effective systems, training, and support. We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Trainer & Content Coach to help our agents learn to independently create professional content and build a consistent presence using Canva, Facebook, and Instagram—especially Reels. The role is training-focused, not a done-for-you posting service, and you will run two live, practical group sessions per week (virtual) to teach workflows, template usage, short-form video, caption writing, and more. Occasional 1:1 support and asynchronous training materials may be needed. Ideal candidates are skilled teachers with strong Canva and Meta platform skills, experience in real estate or similar service sectors, and able to simplify processes for non-technical users. This is a part-time contract estimated at 2-5 hours per week and fully remote, with the potential for long-term engagement.
