Location: London – Hybrid (minimum of 2 days a week in the office)

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 basic (£40k+ OTE) per annum

About SNG Productions: At SNG, we produce award-winning podcasts, specializing in creating diverse and captivating content across multiple YouTube channels. Our portfolio includes an eclectic mix of podcasts, comedy shows, and a dedicated ‘reacts’ channel, designed to engage, entertain, and inform a wide range of audiences.

Role Overview: We’re looking for an additional Video Editor/Videographer to join our production team. This role will be pivotal in creating compelling video content for our social media platforms and gaming channels. This position requires a blend of creativity, technical editing skills, and a passion for storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for online publishing, including camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects.
• Collaborate with the production team to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas for content development.
• Ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of all video content.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under deadlines.
• Utilise editing software and techniques to enhance video content.
• Maintain and organise digital files and archives.
• Keep up to date with trending editing techniques, software updates, and advancements in video production.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Editor/Videographer (2 years minimum) with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe suite) including Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Creative mind and storytelling skills, particularly with comedy content.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
