Job Description
Epic Slope Partners is seeking a Paid Marketing Manager for a strategic, client-facing role primarily focused on B2B SaaS companies and AI natives. This position involves owning client success from strategy development through technical implementation and reporting. The role encompasses crafting custom paid marketing strategies across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, while managing key client relationships and driving measurable pipeline growth.

Core Responsibilities
- Own Client Paid Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive Google and LinkedIn paid strategies aligned with SaaS client goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact and conduct weekly performance calls while simplifying complex paid concepts for clients.
- Budget Management & Optimization: Perform audits, prioritize issues, and manage budget forecasting and allocation.
- Tracking & CRO: Ensure website tracking set up is flawless and collaborate on landing page optimization to enhance conversion rates.
- Performance Measurement & Analysis: Define key PPC metrics, set up reporting dashboards, and provide performance analysis.
- Systematize: Develop and document repeatable processes for audits, reporting, and client communication.
- Continuous learner: Stay updated with developments in AI/Search/LLMs while filtering valuable insights.
- Marketer at heart: Synthesize data and learnings into actionable insights.
- Automate: Identify patterns to automate processes using tools like n8n.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing budgets exceeding $100,000 per month, specifically in a B2B SaaS context.
- Proven expertise in managing campaigns focused on B2B objectives such as signups, gated content downloads, and demo requests.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex marketing issues to clients effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and devise scalable, ROI-focused solutions.
- Capability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset essential for thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Bonus: Good understanding of copywriting and account-based marketing (ABM).
