Job Description

Our partner is Europe’s leading construction software technology company, helping simplify and optimize the entire construction value chain through digital solutions for infrastructure, engineering, and public authorities. The company has 18,000+ customers across Europe and is undergoing strong international growth with expanding engineering teams in Hungary. We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer who will design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions in collaboration with product, QA, and technical teams. The role includes contributing to the full development lifecycle, ensuring high code quality, and delivering robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications supporting the company’s Ambition 2030 initiatives, particularly around Point Cloud Vectorization and automation.

Requirements

Technical Skills

Must:

• Strong experience in Angular and Node.js: at least 2 years
• Frontend & Backend development
• Version control systems: Git, GitLab (CI/CD)
• DevOps & Cloud: CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, containerization & virtualization
• Testing & debugging
• APIs: Building and consuming REST APIs

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Point Cloud data, vectorization, or geospatial processing
• SaaS multi-tenant environments
• Kubernetes
• JIRA & Confluence

Key Responsibilities

• Technology & Engineering
• Translate product requirements and user stories into reliable, maintainable, and scalable technical solutions.
• Implement solutions in line with the company development processes and standards.
• Debug and resolve technical issues with minimal impact on users and business continuity.
• Contribute to technical hygiene activities (refactoring, tech debt reduction, dependency management).
• Collaborate with the Architecture team to define and evolve sustainable, scalable architectural patterns.
• Continuously update technical knowledge and share expertise within the team.
• Quality & Testing
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding standards.
• Participate in defining and improving testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• Work closely with QA engineers to identify, reproduce, and resolve bugs efficiently.
• Contribute to a clean, well-documented, and testable codebase.
• Take ownership of quality throughout all development stages, from design to deployment.
• Collaboration & Agile
• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Designers, QA Engineers, and Developers to deliver user-centric features.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Communicate progress, risks, and challenges clearly and constructively.
