Job Description

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our innovative software development team. This role is focused on architecting, developing, and maintaining secure, high-performance enterprise applications using Java (Spring Boot) for backend development and ReactJS, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Redux Toolkit, NestJS) for frontend applications. The position blends hands-on coding with technical leadership and collaboration across teams to drive full stack initiatives that align with long-term business strategies. This is a remote position based out of Bridgewater, New Jersey, with opportunities for tremendous career growth potential.

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements

• Technical Mastery: Extensive experience with Java (Spring Boot) and frontend applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
• Enterprise Frameworks: Proven expertise with production-ready frameworks and libraries commonly used in large organizations.
• Cloud Architecture: Experience with cloud-native applications on platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Security Protocols: Knowledge of best security practices, including OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and identity/session management.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Database Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
• Performance Optimization: Ability to optimize application performance in distributed cloud environments.
• Caching & Resilience: Advanced knowledge of caching patterns and fault tolerance/resilience patterns.
• Collaboration: Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams.
• Mentorship: Experience leading code reviews and providing technical mentorship.

Should-Have Requirements

• API Design: Experience in architecting and building RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Event-Driven Systems: Ability to design event-driven and distributed systems for large-scale data processing.
• ETL & Data Modeling: Experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries and ETL pipelines.
