Job Description

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Product Designer II - Figma Specialist to support a well-known Cybersecurity company. This position is focused on refining, updating, and expanding Figma components and the pattern library to ensure they are production-ready. The role involves close collaboration with UX architects and product designers to maintain accuracy, consistency, and portability.

Requirements

• Expert grasp of using Figma for design systems
• Strong interaction and visual design skills in creating pixel-perfect components and patterns
• Microinteraction and motion design skills
• Advanced Figma prototyping skills where interactions may be nuanced
• Understanding of tokenization for web components and design systems
• Prior experience building production-ready component libraries in Figma
• Experience in enterprise SaaS products and cybersecurity knowledge is a bonus but not required

Additional Information

Job Title: Product Designer II - Figma Specialist

Location: Remote, US

Shift: Monday-Friday

Pay Range: $65-75/hour

Employment Type: Temporary (~5 months)

Responsibilities

• Build, refine and spec Figma components, variants, and instances for the US design team.
• Extend variables when necessary based on new or additional use cases.
• Make Styles more flexible.
• Collaborate with UX architects to ensure components meet our designs.
• Maintain awareness of Figma updates and releases, exploring improvements to our Figma component library.
• Explore new Figma plugins as necessary and maintain current plugins.
