Job Description
Clockwork Media is a creative digital agency and video production company that manages national advertising programs and customer outreach content. We are seeking a creative and experienced part-time video editor to join our team. If you are passionate about shooting, editing, and creating content, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements
Skills Required:
- Minimum 3-5 years of video post/editing experience, either self-employed or with an agency/production company.
- Ability to receive and give clear communication regarding project updates, concept, or leadership.
- Ability to conceptualize autonomously after initial direction to accomplish tasks in a sole creative environment.
- Ability to lead or delegate sub-editors, if needed.
- Experience with NLE software or motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC Suite (specifically Premiere and After Effects).
- Experience with color correction, such as Resolve or similar tools.
- Audio editing, correction, and post-production skills.
- Experience with a wide range of camera files and formats including RED, Canon, Sony.
- Relevant knowledge of digital formats for cross-platform exports including broadcast, social, digital, etc.
- Experience with Windows 10 or Mac-based editing systems.
- Consumer marketing, automotive, or municipal advertising experience is a plus.
Additional Information
This position is based in Los Alamitos, CA, at our office, and requires the candidate to work on-site with our systems. No off-site or remote work is available; relocation fees will not be provided, and we do not accept recruiters. Compensation is to be determined based on experience, and the position can start as either part-time or contract, possibly transitioning to full-time employment.
