Job Description

Responsible for managing and developing all visual and audio elements for company events. Supports Executive Producer by supervising vendor partners and voiceover talents to ensure consistent quality, style guidelines, and tone in all audio/video recordings. Primary duties include managing and producing graphics, video, and audio projects for live and virtual company events, including PowerPoint creation and single screen Keynote presentations. Manages shot selections from image libraries, creates Spanish versions of videos, and oversees all event video productions. Partners with the Executive Producer on creative direction, develops highly detailed production lists, and manages front of house communications at Mary Kay live events.


Requirements

Experience: 3+ years in commercial video production

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Radio/Television/Film

  • Excellent project management skills to direct multiple creative projects simultaneously within strict time frames and budgets.
  • Strong interpersonal and partnership skills for interaction with internal and external partners.
  • A reel/portfolio showcasing a wide range of work and innovative technology use.
  • Strong conceptual skills to motivate personnel to produce high-quality creative materials.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for developing live productions.
  • Ability to select, evaluate, and provide direction to vendors, and interface with executives for clear visual content communication.
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple projects at different stages.
  • Proven coordination skills in video/graphic production processes, including project timeline management and contract negotiations.
  • Technical skills: proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, expert with Keynote, and experience with Microsoft Office; knowledge of video editing (AVID and/or Premiere) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of project management and budgeting in video/graphic production.
  • Domestic overnight travel (10-20%) may be required for company events and training.
