Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Videographer to join our media team. The primary focus of this role is capturing stunning, high-performing short-form video content for our clients. This is a production-first position centered around filming in real-world environments, working directly with clients, and consistently delivering scroll-stopping footage.

This role requires regular travel for on-site client shoots and content days. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in the field, has a strong creative eye, and understands how to shoot content that performs on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and capture high-quality short-form video content for clients (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, ads, etc.)
• Travel to on-site client locations for content shoots and production days
• Direct clients on-camera to get natural, high-performing footage
• Operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment in studio and field environments
• Capture cinematic b-roll and lifestyle footage that elevates brand perception
• Organize and deliver clean, well-labeled footage for post-production
• Collaborate with internal editors and content strategists on creative direction
• Maintain and manage production gear
• Work efficiently in fast-paced environments with multiple shoots per week

Travel & Logistics

• Regular regional travel for client shoots
• Mileage reimbursed at $0.50 per mile
• Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable working on the road
• Some shoots may require full-day availability

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer with a strong portfolio (short-form content preferred)
• Strong understanding of camera operation, framing, lighting, and audio
• Excellent creative eye for composition and storytelling
• Comfortable directing people on camera and working with business owners
• Experience shooting content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Ability to work independently in the field and hit deliverables without hand-holding
• Highly reliable, organized, and professional with clients
