Video Editor and Camera operator for YouTube ChannelSearching

I am starting a YouTube channel focused on Indonesian food culture, social topics, and storytelling, presented in a studio-based, table-based format similar to commentary and discussion videos.

I am currently building a small team and looking for a video editor and a cameraman or camerawoman. The video editor will work closely with me to create engaging, well-paced YouTube videos and this role can largely be done remotely, especially during the initial phase. The cameraman or camerawoman will be responsible for filming the content on location in a controlled studio setup and must therefore be available to work on-site.

The format does not require travel-heavy filming and focuses on consistency, lighting, and clean audio.
If you are enthusiastic, eager to learn, and already have experience with YouTube content, preferably in commentary, culture, or food-related formats, I welcome your application.

My name is Ian, I am 35 years old, a father to a son, and currently living in the Netherlands with Indonesian roots. Within the next 1.5 years, I plan to relocate to Indonesia and start this type of Youtube channel in the meantime.
