About Hire AI Marketers: Hire AI Marketers is an AI-powered SaaS platform that acts as a virtual paid media consultant for businesses and agencies. The platform connects directly to advertising platforms (Google Ads live; Meta and others next), ingests performance data, and uses LLMs to generate strategy recommendations, audits, dashboards, and scopes of work (SOWs).

What You’ll Be Working On: This is a hands-on, product-focused role with real ownership.

  • Ad Platform & API Integrations: Expand Google Ads API integration to ingest full KPI sets, build Meta Ads API integration, support Gemini (Google AI) integration alongside OpenAI, design scalable data models for multi-platform ad accounts.
  • Dashboard & Data Layer: Replace dummy KPIs with real, live performance data, improve dashboard logic and data accuracy, ensure metrics are structured, extensible, and reliable.
  • AI & LLM Workflows: Improve prompt logic and orchestration for account audits, performance insights, strategy recommendations, SOW generation during onboarding, help structure AI outputs to be actionable and client-ready.
  • Product & UX Improvements: Clean up onboarding flow and SOW creation logic, improve overall app stability, performance, and error handling, collaborate closely with the founder on roadmap and product decisions.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong full-stack development experience (SaaS products)
  • Experience with Google Ads API and/or Meta Ads API
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs
  • Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, or similar)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage product environment

Nice to Have:

  • Understanding of paid media / performance marketing KPIs
  • Experience building analytics dashboards or internal tools
  • Prior work on AI-powered or data-heavy SaaS platforms

Freelance / hourly engagement (rate negotiable).
