We are an early-stage construction-tech startup developing a web application aimed at automating compliance and document management for building projects. The work involves enhancing our existing React and Node.js codebase, integrating optical character recognition to support document ingestion, and building new automation workflows. The product is already in live pilot with customers, and we are looking for a developer who can take ownership of features from end to end and help us scale our early-stage product. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with React, Node.js, Google Apps Script, Google Drive API, and OCR frameworks such as Tesseract, ideally with experience in managing document and compliance workflows in the construction sector.
