2D illustration for hobbyist. [Urgent]

Freelance Digital Illustrator is needed in Singapore, Singapore.

I am a hobbyist looking for a reliable 2D illustrator to work with me on a long-term, ongoing basis. The freelancer will draw digital sketches and illustrations as an independent contractor, with knowledge of anatomy and perspective being compulsory. Payment will be per completed art piece, and the rate will depend on the complexity of the work, with one or two revisions expected per piece. The work is remote, but the freelancer must be based in Singapore and be available for weekly or bi-weekly face-to-face meetings to discuss assignments and expectations. Commissions are paid monthly. You are free to manage your hours and approach as long as deadlines are met. Skills required include sketching, digital illustration, adaptability to different styles and directions, and punctuality. AI-generated art is strictly prohibited. Experience or interest in 2D animation is a bonus and will be separately compensated.
