Pitch Deck Narrative & Visual Design Consultant

Wise Friend is a behavioral health skills training company focused on teaching practical, non-clinical skills like emotional regulation, communication, and peer support. We work between education, behavioral health, and leadership development, with a B2B approach and an emphasis on skills that are practiced in real environments. We are preparing an updated version of our core pitch deck for partners and investors. We are seeking an experienced consultant to sharpen the narrative, simplify the language, and enhance the visual design to improve clarity and credibility, rather than just making it more visually appealing. The work requires tightening the narrative sequencing, improving the copy for clarity and confidence, reducing cognitive load, and building a modern, editorial, and high-trust visual system. The finished deck should deliver a refined narrative, updated structure and flow, and a visually cohesive system, preferably in Canva or Figma. Collaboration with company founders, openness to feedback, and the ability to iterate quickly are essential. The project is expected to run for about 2–3 weeks, starting as soon as possible, with iterative checkpoints along the way.
