Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Ads Specialist to manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) for a short-term project.

Project length: 3–5 months

Type: Freelance / Contract

Start: ASAP

What you’ll do:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta
• Create high-converting ad copy (banners, carousels, newsletters, digital leaflets)
• Monitor performance, analyse results, and report on key metrics
• Continuously optimise campaigns (audiences, creatives, budgets, bids)
• Test new ideas and adjust strategy to improve ROI

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing Google and Meta ad accounts
• Strong copywriting skills for paid ads
• A portfolio of previous campaigns with results
• Data-driven mindset with solid understanding of KPIs
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of performance
