Job Description

Job Title: Contract Full Stack Developer (React/C#)

Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite in Lansing, MI

Contract Length: 12 months

Project Overview

A public-sector organization is modernizing a set of business-critical applications currently supported by end-of-life technologies. These systems play a key role in compliance, security, registration, and responsible-use data management. The initiative focuses on rebuilding legacy applications using modern, supported platforms to reduce operational risk and ensure long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, maintainable full-stack applications using modern frameworks
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders
• Apply clean code principles and appropriate architectural patterns
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and CI/CD deployment processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack application development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on React experience for front-end development
• 5+ years of experience with .NET (C#), including API and server-side development
• 5+ years of experience working with SQL Server

Additional Information

Candidates must be residing in MI at the time of submission.
