Underground Art Event Producer – Berlin

Creative Producer is needed in Berlin, Germany.

We are organizing an intimate underground art event in Berlin that brings together live Arabic calligraphy, tattoo culture, and alternative visual art in a unique, raw space. The event focuses on collaboration and shared visibility, rather than large fees, and aims to build a high-aesthetic experience with a low budget. We are seeking a local production assistant or producer who is well-connected within Berlin’s underground scene. Responsibilities include coordinating a small venue, building partnerships with alternative fashion vendors, finding a freelance tattoo artist to collaborate on-site, sourcing a DJ who is open to gaining exposure, organizing drinks, and arranging a photographer/videographer for social media reels. The ideal collaborator understands the local scene and can help drive the event’s collaborative spirit and visibility.
