Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Trade Marketing Manager to support transversal trade marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role involves close collaboration with Sales, Brand Marketing, Finance, IT, and Global teams to drive digital adoption, manage budgets, and ensure operational excellence across trade marketing programs. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with strong project management, financial tracking, and marketing operations experience who thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Trade Marketing Execution
- Lead and manage transversal digital initiatives (SmartShopper, Digital Windows, Lens Simulator, Asset Distribution Tools).
- Track KPIs and analyze adoption, usage, and performance of digital tools.
- Develop communication plans to drive tool adoption and conversion.
- Collect and analyze feedback from Sales teams and customers to improve tools.
- Ensure seamless integration of digital tools across the customer journey.
Budget & Financial Management
- Manage and track CAPEX and OPEX budgets ($4M+).
- Maintain accurate budget forecasts and reconciliations.
- Open purchase orders, process invoices, and coordinate with Finance teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Project & Operations Management
- Own day-to-day operations of trade marketing programs.
- Manage timelines, vendors, deliverables, and issue resolution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external vendors.
- Track project progress and follow up on action items.
- Identify workflow improvements and operational efficiencies.
Training & Communication
- Develop training materials, user guides, and best-practice playbooks.
- Support training and communication for Sales and Marketing teams.
- Provide administrative and platform support for digital tools.
- Maintain documentation and operational records.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in:
- Trade Marketing
- Marketing Operations
- Project Coordination
- Budget / Financial Management
- Candidates with 2+ years of strong project management experience will be considered.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ownership mindset with strong execution focus.
Additional Information
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract (6 Months, Possible Extension / Temp-to-Perm)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (40 hrs/week)
Pay Rate: $25/hour
