Job Description
We’re a real estate media studio producing luxury, architectural, and design-driven real estate content, and we’re looking to collaborate with a skilled video editor on an ongoing basis. Our work focuses on storytelling, design, and atmosphere, not generic or overly social-media-styled edits.
Editing Styles
We work across two distinct styles:
1. Cinematic / Elegant
Story-focused, refined pacing, intentional music, minimal and tasteful graphics. The look is cinematic, elegant, and timeless.
2. Dynamic
More energetic and fast-paced, with tighter cuts and rhythm, while still maintaining a high-end, polished real estate aesthetic.
Requirements
- Proven experience editing real estate or architectural videos
- Strong fundamentals in pacing, music selection, and visual storytelling
- Ability to match cinematic/elegant and/or dynamic styles
- Reliable turnaround time (2–3 business days per project)
- Openness to feedback, refinement, and long-term collaboration
