Proposal Management System Developer [Urgent]
Full Stack Developer is needed in Cairo, Egypt.
We are looking for a freelance developer to finalize a comprehensive Proposal Management System for our company. The project involves template management with full CRUD functionality, versioning, sector filtering, and template previews. You will work on an advanced proposal builder, admin panel with live KPI dashboards, notifications (email, in-app, SMS), and robust RBAC for granular permissions and user management. AWS deployment is required using ECS Fargate, RDS MySQL, S3, CloudFront, and Terraform for infrastructure, ensuring blue-green deployments, automated scaling, and CI/CD via GitHub Actions. Security best practices must be implemented, including encryption, IAM hardening, WAF, and regular backups. Comprehensive documentation must be delivered in both Arabic and English, along with a runbook and architecture diagrams. The codebase must pass full test suites, undergo load and mobile/bilingual testing, and all milestones (code completion, AWS deployment, final acceptance) will follow structured payment releases. Required skills include React/Next, Node.js, MySQL, AWS services, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.
