Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Video Creative Lead to join Tmat’s content team. This role is ideal for a hands-on creative who can take ideas and turn them into high-quality, engaging video content across multiple platforms. This position offers the opportunity to lead creative projects, shape the visual identity of Tmat, and bring compelling content to life that connects with our audience and supports our marketing goals.

Requirements

• Experience working with video content across multiple formats (Short-form, long-form, social, branded, etc.)
• Proven ability to bring video ideas to life
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visuals
• Comfortable giving creative direction and feedback

Responsibilities

• Take rough video ideas and turn them into clear creative direction
• Help shape scripts, hooks, and visual flow
• Guide editors and creators on pacing, storytelling, and structure
• Ensure videos match our brand and look polished
• Improve creative quality across all video content
• Turn ideas into finished, usable videos consistently
