Job Description
HolStrength is a premium Christian activewear and streetwear brand focused on faith, discipline, and strength. We create bold, mission-driven content that connects deeply with our community and drives daily engagement across Instagram and TikTok. We’re looking for a fast, reliable video editor who can help us consistently produce high-impact short-form content. This role involves editing sharp, punchy social-first videos designed for performance and volume.
Responsibilities
- Edit 5–15 short-form videos per week
- Create fast-paced, engaging cuts with strong hooks
- Add captions, text overlays, music, and light effects
- Match brand style and maintain consistency
- Deliver on tight timelines (24–48 hour turnarounds)
- Organize and export content for social platforms (9:16 format)
Requirements
- Strong experience editing short-form social content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
- Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Understand pacing, hooks, and retention-based editing
- Able to work quickly and hit deadlines consistently
- Comfortable editing fitness/gym-style content
- Detail-oriented and organized
Nice to Have
- Experience with fitness, apparel, or lifestyle brands
- Basic motion graphics/text animation skills
- Color grading experience
- Understanding of social media trends and formats
This Role Is NOT For
- Long-form YouTube or documentary editors
- Slow, perfectionist workflows
Compensation
- Hourly or per-video (based on experience)
- Typical range: $18–$28 hour
- Part-time freelance with consistent weekly work
