Job Description

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to deliver end-to-end features across React, .NET, and MSSQL with a strong focus on AI-assisted development. This autonomous role involves hands-on engineering and collaboration with technical leadership, providing ownership from design to delivery in a fast-paced, product-focused environment that emphasizes an execution-first culture.

Requirements

MUST HAVES:

• Senior or Lead-level experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, .NET, and MSSQL / relational databases.
• Proven ability to independently manage full-stack feature delivery.
• Practical daily experience using AI-assisted development tools (like GitHub Copilot).
• Comfortable navigating evolving requirements with limited documentation.
• Skillful use of GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity.
• Ability to use AI for generating boilerplate and logic, accelerating UI and backend development, and enabling rapid iteration.
• Focus on throughput and speed while ensuring correctness.
• Upper-intermediate English language proficiency.

NICE TO HAVES:

• Strong backend-leaning profile with a solid understanding of frontend technologies.
• Experience in financial or data-heavy systems.
• Familiarity with Azure-based environments.
