Job Description

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to deliver end-to-end features across React, .NET, and MSSQL with a focus on AI-assisted development. This role emphasizes autonomy and collaboration with technical leadership, allowing for ownership from design to delivery in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver end-to-end features across UI, backend services, and database.
• Implement and extend React-based UI using existing component libraries.
• Develop .NET APIs and services following established patterns.
• Design and modify MSSQL schemas, queries, and data logic.
• Utilize AI tools (especially GitHub Copilot) for code generation, iteration, and refactoring.
• Critically review AI-generated code to ensure production-ready quality.
• Work independently after design discussions, receiving feedback from the Software Architect and Director of Technology.
• Integrate into existing infrastructure and development workflows efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and product owners.
• Participate in design discussions primarily with the Software Architect and Director of Technology.
• Proactively unblock themselves and maintain fast development pace.

Requirements

Must Haves

• Senior or Lead-level experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, .NET, and MSSQL/relational databases.
• Proven ability to independently own full-stack feature delivery.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Comfortable with evolving requirements and limited documentation.
• Experience using AI to enhance productivity and throughput without compromising quality.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to Haves

• Strong backend-leaning profile with a solid understanding of frontend technologies.
• Experience in financial or data-heavy systems.
• Familiarity with Azure-based environments.
