Video Editor [Searching]

I am a sports media designer and photographer producing short-form content for TikTok and Reels, showcasing my workflow, photo edits, and behind-the-scenes sports content. I need a video editor for ongoing collaboration who is familiar with modern short-form editing styles and pacing, ideally someone in a similar time zone. The work involves 2–4 videos per week (each 30–60 seconds), focusing on editing breakdowns, before/after transformations, talking-to-camera workflow videos, and maintaining a subtle cinematic and professional look. The ideal editor will deliver clean, modern cuts, strong hooks, consistent captions, light color grading, and subtle sound design. I’m looking for someone open to refining a consistent style over time, who can work from a clear brief, and is interested in a long-term partnership, preferably on a monthly rate basis.
