$1,500 per month – Ongoing, Full-Time Role

I run a videography business producing content for gyms, fitness & dance brands, as well as a range of local service-based businesses (e.g. gyms, studios, clinics, trades, property-related businesses, etc.).

I’m looking to bring on an experienced video editor for ongoing, full-time monthly work.

This role is not for beginners or editors who rely on CapCut templates or basic Instagram auto-captions.

Working Pattern

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday.

Working hours can be flexible depending on your time zone, however you must:
• Treat this as your primary role
• Be available for daily communication
• Have some overlap with UK working hours for feedback and check-ins when needed

The Role

You’ll be editing a mix of high-quality promo and short-form content, including:
• Cinematic promo videos (gyms, studios & service businesses)
• Dance fitness promo videos & paid ads
• Testimonial videos (strong pacing & storytelling)
• Gym / studio / location tour videos (real-estate style flow)
• Short-form social content with advanced caption editing

All footage will be delivered already colour graded, so no colour grading is required.

Your role is to assemble the edit — shot selection, pacing, music, captions, and polish.

What I’m Looking For

This role suits an editor who:
• Has edited cinematic promos or brand videos, not just basic social clips
• Understands story, pacing, rhythm, and energy
• Is confident with advanced caption editing (manual captions, emphasis, timing — not cheap presets)
• Can adapt edits across different business types and audiences
• Is reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent

🚫 This role is not suitable if you:
• Rely heavily on CapCut templates
• Only edit basic TikTok/Reels with auto captions
• Cannot show examples beyond simple social edits
