About the Role We are seeking a full-time Video Editor to join our Marketing team and take ownership of both long-form, short-form, and/or ad video editing. This role is not just about cutting footage—it’s about making creative decisions and increasing audience retention. You will work closely with our producer to turn raw footage into polished, engaging videos that educate, build trust, and keep viewers watching. This is an ideal role for an editor who wants creative responsibility, understands educational content, and is confident making judgment calls without needing step-by-step instructions. The main responsibilities include editing long-form YouTube videos, creating short clips for vertical platforms, and developing ad content for Meta and Google. You’ll be expected to enhance video clarity through thoughtful editing, add visual emphasis and After Effects/graphic elements to maximize audience engagement, maintain a consistent brand style, and suggest improvements for structure and flow. The ideal candidate is comfortable making independent creative decisions and can consistently deliver high-quality output on schedule.
