Job Description

This isn’t your average editing gig. Most video editors bounce between random freelance clients, cutting content they don’t care about for people they’ll never meet. This is different. You’ll be embedded inside a growing, multi-brand operation led by a founder who is all-in on content. You’ll work across four distinct brands: a laser machine company, a quilt shop with a cult following, a construction company, and a personal brand that’s just getting started. Every brand has a different vibe, and an audience that loves it. You’ll be helping tell all of it. You’ll train directly with our existing team, learn our systems, and get a front-row seat to how a real multi-business operation runs. You won’t just be pushing timelines; you’ll understand why the content exists, who it’s for, and what makes it land.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks) across multiple brands.
• Take raw footage and turn it into content people actually watch.
• Work closely with the founder and team to learn each brand’s voice and audience.
• Help build a consistent look and feel across every channel.
• Move fast, take feedback well, and keep getting better.

Requirements

• You’re hungry. Genuinely hungry. You want to build skills, not just collect a paycheck.
• You consume content obsessively and have strong opinions about what works.
• You’re fast. Speed matters here.
• You can edit a talking-head video and make it not boring.
• You’re early in your career and want to grow fast, not slow.
• You want to actually understand business, not just edit clips for it.

Additional Information

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
