Job Description

Sportskeeda is looking for a Creative Designer & Video Editor who can combine strong editing skills with motion design and visual communication to build engaging content, innovative ad formats, and compelling sales collateral. This role requires an understanding of storytelling and digital advertising to translate ideas into polished assets, including motion graphics, branded videos, and static sales materials. The individual will collaborate with the Brand Solutions, Design, and Content teams to produce high-quality video content, mockups, interactive assets, and design materials for brand campaigns and internal pitches.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent design tools)
• Good working knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques
• Experience creating branded video content and digital advertising assets
• Experience designing static creatives, sales collateral, and presentation visuals
• Ability to create custom mockups and visual prototypes for campaign ideas
• Familiarity with interactive or innovative ad formats such as scratch-to-reveal, dynamic overlays, and immersive video formats
• Understanding of video composition, typography, colour, and motion design principles
• Ability to work with tight timelines and deliver polished assets across both video and design workstreams

Good to Have

• Experience working with sports content or digital media platforms
• Knowledge of 3D tools or 360-degree video workflows
• Familiarity with digital advertising formats used in media platforms
• Experience with presentation design tools such as Figma, Canva Pro, or PowerPoint at a high visual standard

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing: Edit short and long-form video content for digital platforms, ensure smooth pacing and clean transitions, adapt content for multiple formats.
• Motion Graphics: Design and animate motion graphics, create title sequences and visual effects, develop aesthetically strong motion assets.
• Graphic Design & Static Assets: Design static visuals for campaigns, create sales collateral, and support the Brand Solutions team with well-designed assets.
• Ad Innovation & Interactive Assets: Create custom advertising assets, design ad formats, and prototype visual mockups for campaigns.
• Custom Mockups & Concept Visualisation: Build high-quality visual mockups, translate campaign ideas into visuals, collaborate with creative strategists.
• Platform Optimisation: Prepare assets for various platforms, ensure technical specifications are met for videos and creatives.
