The ideal candidate will edit short-form videos for platforms like Instagram using our existing listing photos, video footage, and team content. You will be responsible for creating a series of 3–4 engaging, visually compelling videos per listing, highlighting properties and producing educational and lifestyle content about our team and the communities we serve. Strong experience in editing social media content, a clear understanding of branded storytelling, and the ability to collaborate creatively with our team for long-term growth are essential.

We are a top-producing residential real estate team based in North County San Diego. Our team represents a high volume of listings each year and we are looking to elevate our social media presence with consistent, high-quality video content. We already work with professional photographers and videographers for our listings, so we are not looking for someone to shoot video. Instead, we are looking for a creative video editor who can take our existing listing photos, video footage, and team content and turn it into engaging Instagram-style videos and reels. For each listing, we would typically want a series of short-form videos (3–4 pieces of content) that highlight the property in a visually compelling way. In addition to listing content, we also produce educational and lifestyle content featuring our team and the local communities we serve. The ideal person has strong experience editing short-form social media video, understands pacing and storytelling for platforms like Instagram, and can help us develop a consistent branded style across our content. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is creative, and can collaborate with our team long-term as we continue to grow our brand.
