Job Title: Videographer – Training Sessions, Podcasts, Editing and Social Media Content

Location: Orem, Utah (on-site presence required for training sessions)

Company: Singularism – A spiritually based clinic in Orem, Utah offering psychedelic-assisted therapy

Schedule & Commitment:

Part-time role ideal for qualified individuals seeking extra earnings. Training sessions: 1–2 sessions per week, in-person, starting in April, for 12 weeks (with other additional trainings later this year). Occasional recorded podcasts (on-site or remote, as needed). Flexible around other commitments; compensation commensurate with experience.

What You’ll Do:

Video Production – Training Sessions:

• Attend and film 1–2 in-person training sessions per week in Orem, UT during the evenings.
• Capture HIGH-quality footage (multi-camera setups preferred) and fresh B-roll as needed.
• Ensure clear audio, proper lighting, and engaging on-camera footage.

Podcast Videography & Editing:

• Record and edit podcast episodes (long-form edits).
• Produce multiple short-form clips from each podcast for social media.
• Maintain consistency in style and branding across episodes.

Social Media Content Creation & Distribution:

• Create and optimize short-form videos for multiple social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Manage captioning, metadata, and engaging thumbnails.
• Coordinate posting across accounts or provide ready-to-post deliverables for client-side posting.

Post-Production & Deliverables:

• Edit videos to a polished, professional standard aligned with Singularism’s brand.
• Deliver final products in appropriate formats and resolutions for each platform.
• Maintain organized project files and a clear production workflow.

Requirements

Required Experience & Skills:

• Videography & Editing: Proven experience in shooting in-person events/training and editing long-form content.
• Podcast Experience: Comfort recording and editing podcasts; strong storytelling through video.
• Social Media Content: Demonstrated ability to create compelling short-form videos and adapt content for multiple platforms.
• Self-Starter & Reliability: Able to work independently, manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of lighting, sound, camera operation, editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent), and export settings for social media.
• Brand Alignment: Ability to convey a respectful, professional tone aligned with a spiritually based clinical environment.

Ideal Qualifications (Preferred):

• Experience with multi-camera setups and on-site mobile shooting.
• Familiarity with psychedelic-assisted therapy or wellness/spirituality-focused content (not required but preferred).
• Basic motion graphics or captioning skills.
