Job Description

This isn’t your average editing gig. You’ll be embedded inside a growing, multi-brand operation led by a founder who is all-in on content. You’ll work across four distinct brands: a laser machine company, a quilt shop with a cult following, a construction company, and a personal brand that’s just getting started. Every brand has a different vibe and audience, and you’ll be helping tell their stories.

You’ll train directly with our existing team, learn our systems, and gain insight into how a real multi-business operation runs. You won’t just be pushing timelines; you’ll understand why the content exists, who it’s for, and what makes it resonate.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Edit short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks) across multiple brands.
• Take raw footage and turn it into engaging content.
• Work closely with the founder and team to learn each brand’s voice and audience.
• Help build a consistent look and feel across every channel.
• Move fast, take feedback well, and keep improving.
