Full Stack Developer - Frontend Leaning

Hi, I’m Jerry, CTO at Pineway! I’m hiring a full-stack engineer (frontend-leaning) to join our small team and help us build something meaningful. We’re building Pineway: the intelligent operating system for coaches and consultants. We’re building the system that sits around a coach’s real work: the platform that turns chaos into clarity and gives online coaches leverage. We operate very lean. We’re currently about six people, spread across Romania, the UAE, Kenya, India, and Nigeria. We’re async-friendly, remote-first, and growth-focused. We move fast, and we don’t overcomplicate things. We value kindness, effort, and going above and beyond. We’re an early-stage startup moving fast and we need someone who can keep up. You’ll own features end-to-end, but the bulk of your work lives on the frontend. We care about shipping a clean, polished product; not just getting things to work. You’ll be building core product features such as booking flows, AI-powered forms, and payment integrations. The frontend experience is crucial, including pixel-perfect UI, smooth interactions, and fast load times. You’ll also work on API endpoints, database queries, and integrations as needed. We use Next.js, Tailwind, shadcn/ui on the frontend, and Hono (RPC), Drizzle ORM, Supabase on the backend, with TypeScript everywhere. We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience shipping production code, strong React skills, and who is comfortable going full-stack as needed. You should be action-oriented, quality-focused, and ready for the pace and demands of a startup environment.
