Full Stack Developer - Frontend Leaning [Urgent]

We are looking for a full-stack engineer with a frontend focus to join our small, remote-first team at Pineway Labs. You will be helping us build Pineway, an intelligent operating system designed for coaches and consultants. Our team values shipping quickly, craftsmanship, and ownership of features end-to-end, with most work focused on frontend development using Next.js, Tailwind, and TypeScript, but full-stack skills are a must. You must be able to develop new product features, ensure quality UI and performance, and occasionally go backend when needed. Our environment is lean and async-friendly, so you should be self-directed and comfortable working with a high level of autonomy. Experience building AI-powered features is a bonus. You should have at least 3 years of experience delivering production code and be driven by a passion for impactful products.
