Client: HolStrength

Job Description

HolStrength is a premium Christian activewear and streetwear brand focused on faith, discipline, and strength. We produce high-volume, high-impact content daily across Instagram and TikTok, prioritizing speed, clarity, and performance-driven content. We are hiring 1–3 video editors who can quickly turn raw clips into high-energy, scroll-stopping short-form content. This role requires fast, social-first editing that is built for retention and volume, rather than cinematic editing.

• Strong understanding of pacing and retention
• Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
• Able to work quickly and meet deadlines
• Organized and reliable

Responsibilities

• Edit 5–15 short-form videos per week (15–25 seconds)
• Create strong hooks in the first 1–2 seconds
• Fast-paced cuts, captions, and text overlays
• Match brand editing style consistently
• Deliver within 24–48 hours
• Export in 9:16 format for Reels/TikTok

Nice to Have

• Fitness or apparel content experience
• Motion graphics or text animation
• Color grading

Not a Fit If

• You focus on long-form YouTube content
• You require heavy direction
• You work slowly or over-edit

How We Review Applicants

We only review candidates who submit an edit. We assess:

• Hook quality (first 1–2 seconds)
• Pacing and energy
• Accuracy to our style
• Overall watchability
• Hook must hit within the first 1 second
• No dead space longer than 0.5 seconds
• Captions must closely match reference style
• Music must fit pacing (not random)
