CapCut Short-Form Video EditorSearching

I am a barber based in the United States who also edits my own content using CapCut Pro. At this time, I am looking for a skilled short-form video editor for consistent ongoing work, preferably someone who is also experienced with CapCut Pro so our workflow can remain smooth and efficient.

I am not looking for basic editing. I need someone who understands modern TikTok and Reels content, including precise cut timing, effective use of memes, clean quick and slow zooms, strong angle selection, and the ability to identify which moments should or should not be included in the final video. Longer haircut footage should be refined into engaging 30–40 second content with smooth transitions, strong pacing, and appropriate use of trending sounds or music.

I prefer to keep my natural lighting as it is, so heavy color grading or lighting adjustments are not necessary. The primary focus should be on clean, professional editing, including properly balanced framing around both my face and the client’s face to create satisfying and visually polished content.

My goal is to produce high-quality, engaging videos that retain viewer attention and consistently help bring in new clients. My current budget ranges from $15–$30 per video depending on style, complexity, and experience. In addition, I offer a $30 performance bonus for every 10 new clients gained through the content we create together.
