AI Automation Engineer (Hospitality Operations) [Urgent]

AI Engineer is needed in Sydney, Australia.

We’re a multi-venue hospitality group looking for an AI Automation Engineer to build an AI-powered operational reporting and monitoring system across our venues. This is a 4–6 week project with potential for ongoing work. You will connect POS, SevenRooms, Google Reviews/guest feedback, accounting data, and Slack/email, and build a daily operations briefing covering revenue, covers, spend per head, labour percentage, and booking pacing. You’ll create AI-powered guest feedback analysis to summarise reviews, identify trends, and flag issues, and set up exception alerts for labour spikes, slower booking pace, and negative review trends. Preferred experience includes automation platforms such as n8n, OpenAI or LLM APIs, REST API integrations, Slack or messaging integrations, Airtable or database systems, data pipelines and reporting dashboards, and hospitality or multi-site analytics. Deliverables include an automated data pipeline, AI analysis layer, operational dashboard, and documentation for internal handover. This is a contract role for 4–6 weeks with potential for ongoing work. You should have experience in automation, APIs, AI workflows, and operational reporting, and hospitality or retail sector experience is a plus.
