We are an early-stage startup building a personal brand in the self-development and healing space. We are searching for a creative video editor to help create story-driven, emotionally engaging content focused on personal growth and transformation. The content will be shared mainly on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with an emphasis on short-form videos that use cinematic techniques, strong storytelling, dynamic pacing, and AI-enhanced visuals. Most footage will be filmed at home, and the goal is to elevate standard talking-head content into something more engaging, using narrative structure, hooks, subtitles, and creative visual elements. The ideal collaborator should have strong experience editing social media content, especially reels or shorts, and should be comfortable incorporating AI tools and contributing creative ideas. Familiarity with self-development, healing, or mindset content is a plus, and experience with tools like Artlist, Runway, or Higgsfield is helpful. Initially, we’d like to start with a short trial of 3–5 videos or 1 week, with the potential for ongoing monthly collaboration.
