Hi! My candy metal band, KOPPS, is looking for a fun, creative, musician-based Social Media Content Creator in New York City to help grow our audience and expand our reach across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube.

What we’re looking for:

• An NYC-based content creator who can meet in person to film & edit content
• Experience with music marketing and social media strategy
• Experience editing engaging, short-form video
• Edit engaging content consistently
• Stays on top of trends, sounds, and viral formats
• Strong sense of storytelling and audience building
• Reliable and organized with timely deliverables
• Ability to contribute creative ideas and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Stay on top of social media trends and ahead of the curve with innovative content ideas (we are looking for fresh concepts beyond lip-syncing videos).
• Strong background in marketing strategy with the ability to contribute ideas toward a new marketing direction and potential rebrand is required
• Flexible workload and pay depending on upcoming deadlines (weekly or monthly basis).

Goals:
+Grow the band’s accounts across IG, TikTok, YouTube, and Spotify
+Increase visibility and reach new audiences
+Create engaging content that naturally promotes the music and brand
+Ability to create and curate visually cohesive, consistent content that reflects and helps establish a distinct “new era” for the project.
