Content Strategist + Instagram Creator (Women’s Health / DTC Brand) [Urgent]

We’re building a premium women’s wellness brand focused on helping women over 40 overcome pain during intimacy and reconnect with their bodies. We are not seeking a typical social media manager. We need someone who can generate thoughtful and emotionally intelligent content ideas, write in a calm, human, and respectful tone, and create Instagram content—including posts and reels concepts—that resonates with our mature, high-functioning audience aged 42–62. Our community is looking for relief, dignity, and trust—not sex-positive marketing. The scope includes developing weekly content ideas, writing captions and short-form scripts, creating or guiding simple visual content (Reels, static posts, carousels), and collaborating to refine messaging based on performance. The ideal candidate understands how to create scroll-stopping Instagram content, can write with a human touch, and has experience creating emotionally engaging material. Experience in women’s health, wellness, or psychology-driven content is a bonus. The aim is for 3–5 posts per week with a reels-first approach. We are hiring as soon as possible for the right person, with the potential for ongoing monthly work.
