Job Description

- Manage team members in understanding their estimates, monitoring their quality of work, and ensuring the team meets project deadlines.
- Actively guide team members and upskill them.
- Assign KRAs, monitor and evaluate team members’ job performance.

- Proven experience leading small to mid-sized development teams (10+ members) in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong experience in sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation, and delivery tracking.
- Ability to break down requirements and technical designs into well-defined Jira tasks.
- Experience reviewing pull requests for quality, standards, and alignment, rather than implementation ownership.
- Solid understanding of backend and cloud components such as HAPI, DynamoDB, S3, Redis, and asynchronous workflows.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to provide status, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Experience mentoring developers, monitoring performance, and supporting upskilling.
- Strong ownership mindset for time, effort, and quality commitments of the pod.
- Ability to proactively identify delivery risks and dependency issues and resolve them early.
Benefits
