Job Description

Green Letter Technologies is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build end-to-end solutions for clients. The role requires proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, focusing on creating user-centric and scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of web technologies and a passion for solving technical challenges within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frameworks, specifically React for frontend and NodeJS for backend.
• API Design: Design, build, and maintain robust APIs.
• Collaboration: Work with design and product teams to deliver user-friendly interfaces.
• Optimization: Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and debugging of applications.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices, utilizing tools like Cursor and Antigravity for Agent-first development.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends in full-stack development.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (React, Node.js) and familiarity with databases (MongoDB).
• Knowledge of GCP is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
