The Role: We are not looking for a “video cutter.” We are seeking an AI Video Editor & Content Strategist who can take raw consultation sessions, podcast recordings, and technical demonstrations and transform them into high-conversion assets. You will be responsible for the end-to-end creative process, using cutting-edge AI tools to scale our output without sacrificing quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Editing: Produce high-quality video content for the Business Technology Podcast, social media (Instagram/LinkedIn), and B2B marketing campaigns.
• AI Implementation: Integrate AI tools (e.g., Descript, Midjourney, HeyGen, Adobe Firefly, or specialized automation scripts) to speed up workflows, generate B-roll, and enhance visual storytelling.
• Content Repurposing: Strategically “atomize” long-form episodes into high-impact “reels” and “shorts” that drive traffic to our core services (Key Smart ERP/CMMS).
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual communication aligns with the professional, tech-forward aesthetic of IDSCCC.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze viewer retention and engagement to iterate on editing styles that convert.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Advanced AI Proficiency: You must have a “toolkit” of AI-driven video and audio tools and know how to use them to create a competitive edge.
• B2B Sensibility: Experience in professional services, tech, or corporate storytelling. You understand how to make complex topics (like ERP or digital transformation) engaging.
• Narrative Flow: A deep understanding of pacing, hooks, and retention-based editing.
• Autonomous Problem-Solving: You take ownership of the “Value Addition” and don’t require micro-management.
