Job Description

Wedded Wonderland is a global luxury destination wedding and celebrations platform that connects couples, suppliers, and venues across over 50 countries. We are expanding into long-form video content including YouTube interview series, destination showcase films, and brand documentaries. The Long-form Video Editor will utilize AI tools to enhance the post-production process, enabling a focus on storytelling while managing technical tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Portfolio of long-form video work with retention or completion data — interview edits, brand films, or YouTube content required.
• Expert proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve — professional NLE skills are non-negotiable.
• Working knowledge of Descript for transcript-based editing — this is a core part of our workflow.
• Professional-level colour grading and audio mixing to meet luxury brand visual standards.
• Familiarity with Riverside.fm output formats and techniques for maximizing quality from remote recordings.
• Reliable turnaround of first cuts within 48–72 hours.

Bonus Skills

• Experience editing luxury, travel, or editorial lifestyle content.
• Motion graphics proficiency in After Effects for branded lower thirds.
• Experience cutting documentary-style content from long unscripted interviews.
• Understanding of YouTube retention curves and how editorial decisions impact watch time.
