Job Description

AgileEngine is seeking a Middle Full Stack Engineer who will be responsible for end-to-end feature development, creating scalable solutions that integrate robust backend logic with smooth React user experiences. The position involves working with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern AI-assisted workflows to convert business needs into reliable, high-impact features. The role offers autonomy and a product-driven mindset while allowing the opportunity to enhance systems, processes, and performance in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

MUST HAVES

• Excellent communication skills and fluent written and spoken English
• 2+ years of experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Knowledge of Node.js and related frameworks
• Experience with React.js
• Understanding of design patterns and practical application
• Knowledge of troubleshooting principles and practices
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Flexibility to work in different time zones

NICE TO HAVES

• Hands-on experience with Nest.js
• Experience building or integrating AI agents or LLM-based features
• Experience with CRM systems and integration principles
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
