Job Description

Integrity First Home Buyers is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Content Clip Editor to review raw footage and transform it into short-form social media clips. This role focuses on identifying usable moments, cutting clips, and adding captions without complex or highly stylized video production. The ideal candidate will be fast, efficient, and possess a good eye for what makes a clip usable. The Content Clip Editor will review footage from real business activities—such as client interactions, property visits, and leadership content—and extract short clips (typically 60–90 seconds or less) for social media.

• Strong attention to detail with captions and clip selection.
• Reliable turnaround and time management skills.
• Comfortable working with straightforward, repeatable editing tasks.
• Experience with captioning tools and workflows.
• Familiarity with vertical video formatting.
• Basic understanding of what performs well on social media.

Additional Information

This role begins with clip production, with the potential for expansion into broader marketing and content responsibilities as consistency and reliability are demonstrated.

The compensation for this position ranges from $18–$24/hour based on speed, reliability, and skill, with flexible scheduling and ongoing, consistent workload. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with high-volume, repetitive editing work and focused on execution over perfection.
