Job Description

This is a remote position for a Full Stack Web Developer & IT Ops Specialist at KonnectHub. The role is part-time, serving as an independent contractor based in the Philippines, with a schedule aligned with PST (California Hours).

KonnectHub is seeking a skilled developer to design, develop, and maintain web platforms, digital products, and internal systems. This role includes both frontend and backend development, focusing on building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications that support marketing, operations, and internal workflows. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Web Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain websites and internal applications; build scalable solutions; optimize for performance and security.
• Frontend Development: Develop responsive UI using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript; utilize React or Vue.js frameworks; ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Backend Development: Develop server-side logic using PHP; build and maintain RESTful APIs; manage MySQL databases.
• API Integration & Automation: Integrate third-party services; develop APIs to streamline workflows.
• Internal Tools Development: Build internal tools for HR, Operations, and Finance; automate business processes.
• Development & Deployment: Use Git for version control; support CI/CD pipelines; maintain staging and production environments.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform debugging and troubleshooting; ensure performance and security standards.
• Collaboration: Work with design, marketing, and other stakeholders; provide technical recommendations.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in full stack web development.
• Based in the Philippines.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Experience with React or Vue.js.
• Experience building REST APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Familiarity with Git/version control systems.
• Strong understanding of modern web architecture and best practices.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).

Technical Skills

Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React or Vue.js.

Backend: PHP, REST API Development.

Database: MySQL, Query optimization.

Tools & Practices: Git, CI/CD workflows, API integrations, Web performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Zoho Creator or Deluge scripting.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices.
• Experience building internal dashboards or business tools.
• Experience with Power Automate or similar tools.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting environments.
