Job Description

We are seeking a talented Remote Video Editor skilled in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and sound mixing to join our innovative team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely on diverse projects, including promotional videos, social media content, corporate presentations, and creative campaigns. Responsibilities:

• Enhance videos with compelling visual storytelling and great use of B-Roll.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling that aligns with project goals.
• Perform sound mixing and audio editing to ensure clear, balanced soundtracks that complement the visuals.
• Organize media assets efficiently within content management systems and maintain proper version control throughout the editing process.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining consistent quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients and owner via email and phone, project requirements, and deliver creative solutions on time.
• Incorporate graphic design elements, typography, and photo manipulation using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to elevate video content.

Requirements

• Experience with cameras, editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro), and ideally sound recording.
• Enjoyment of writing and a good feel for language, drama, and storytelling.
• Courage to show one’s own face – in front of the camera and in the digital spotlight.
• Spontaneity on location for shoots, including traveling with equipment.
• Affinity for SEO and social media, with a passion for innovative content formats.
• Openness to flexible working hours – because good stories don’t always adhere to the 9-to-5 rhythm.
• Strong understanding of videography principles, filming techniques, and sound design essentials.
