The position involves producing approximately 10 finished pieces per month, so strong time management and consistency are essential. The ideal candidate will be able to accurately replicate a specific artistic style while maintaining a high level of quality and delivering all work in a timely, reliable manner. Tanner Valant is a 21-year-old Chicago based emerging artist known for his large-scale colored pencil drawings, heavily influenced by surrealism.
